□ About the meeting:
Amid rising importance of mitigating counterparty risk via effective collateral financing, the Asian Prime Collateral Forum (APCF) launched its first Asian Securities Financing Study Group in 2020 with the aim of reinforcing research and develop practical tools as to promote the use of collaterals such as high quality liquid assets (HQLA) within the ASEAN+3 region. To continue and promote the study group’s work on collateral financing, the APCF hosted its first round of study group on July 28th, 2021. A lawyer specializing in financial law gave a comprehensive presentation titled “Re-use of Collateral in Financial Transactions”.
